Firm Profile

The Company was formed in the mid-1950's by John B. Jones and Melvin A. Schiller to provide accounting and income tax services for closely-held companies and their owners.

Over the years, the Company has grown to a full service accounting firm with eight partners and a staff of 25 individuals providing the following range of services to a variety of clients whose businesses are located throughout the world:

Although assisted by staff, our partners devote their time to working directly with our clients and are responsible for helping clients make timely decisions. It is the firm's policy to have at least two partners intimately familiar with each client so that we can respond immediately to the needs of our client even when certain partners may have other commitments. So as to provide continuity, partners are generally not rotated. These policies are greatly appreciated by our clientele, which consist exclusively of individuals and closely-held businesses.

All of our partners have strong backgrounds in general accounting, income tax, and financial planning. However, over the years, each partner has developed at least one specialty to allow us to be a full service firm.
